Judgment Day
While it's only the rough draft, finishing my first pass at The Judgment of Elizabeth Sawyer gave me a strong sense of accomplishment and elation tonight. Here is a story loaded to the hily with rich iconography, wonderful, interesting characters and a great aesthetic.
One more thing I can say for certain is that I did not take any easy outs, which means that finding the right notes and balances is going to take a lot of rewriting, which is fine by me. Give it a few weeks, and I'll be ready to return to the world of Memphis and Red.
In the meantime, I'll devote myself to Sam Bailey and Max DeStefano. They need me, and I stand to benefit from some quality time with them as well!
